Plytree Dense is high density plywood (Shuttering Ply) with a smooth film coating on the faces. It is mainly employed for cement formworks during constructions. 30% more layers of veneers are used in dense ply ensuring its high durability.The core veneers are pressed at high pressures and high temperatures building up its density. Plytree Dense will prove to be 40% cost effective as it could be reused 12 – 15 times continuously. Impregnation with chemicals makes it termite and insect proof. This shuttering plywood could withstand heavy loads during the pouring of concrete and vibrations. Special bonding treatments protect it from high moisture, thereby, retaining solidity even after continuous employment in concrete field. With careful handling and storage, the BWP grade plywood can last for years and mainly used to make casting of concrete as pillars, roofs, highways etc. The plywood is available in multiple colours.
